After graduating from Deutsche Schule Istanbul, Umay Doğan graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law as an honor student in 2018. She completed her master’s degree in Business Law with her thesis on competition law at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2022.

She participated in many certificate programs during her education and focused on competition law in her internship period and admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2020. Doğan primarily works in the field of competition law and also serves as a member of the executive board member of the Istanbul Bar Association Consumer Rights and Competition Law Center.

Umay Doğan is fluent in English and German.
